Test Labs Glitch

I recently started to see a glitch in my game where after about 30 minutes (on the games clock) my character gets transported to the test labs of what I think is vault 87 and the vault door closing sound loops and I can only move a few feet in game and look about 30 degrees any direction, then after a few minutes (real world time) I get to control my person freely again, but if i move to far from the point I am spawned from I get teleported back to that spot and if i turn around and try to enter the door to the living area I just end up back at the original spawn point

Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated

Never mind about the problem, I was using a save file I found on the nexus that started me out before leaving the vault, when I reinstalled the game and started the save again, I saw fawkes leaving before me, I started a brand new game and have be playing for about three hours and have not run into this problem.

Actually, I'm experiencing this same glitch. My load order is posted below. I haven't added or subtracted anything while I've been playing and I'm on a brand new character, now level 10, not an old save. The last thing I did in the game was clear out Vault 108. I'm on "Scientific Pursuits" on the Main Quest, current goal to gain entrance to Vault 112.

I'm going to try to start systematically eliminating suspects and I have an earlier save with this same character 5 levels ago so I'll experiment with that as well. Any advice would be appreciated.

same here. I'm at the tranguility lane right now, and the game just keeps teleporting me to the testing labs. I think FOOK is causing this, because this didn't ever happen before in the older versions
