This concept is great because it makes the cars a lot more secure and it would take a much higher level of intelligence to break into that and steal anything. The amount of ground space it takes up is clearly a lot smaller than your average car parking garage too. Of course, you can imagine all the disadvantages - if that lift thing broke then your car, and eveyone elses cars, would be stuck until the problem gets fixed - and in a worst case scenario - it would send the car crashing down onto the ground below - injuring and even killing people.
