Transfering faces

My favorite player character in the game was made inside the game and not via character creator thus I have problem duplicating/ using the faces again in another difficulty level or on a different origin story. In the game Oblivion, with the construction set or the tool called Wyre Bash, we can copy faces of PC and NPC and use them. Thus I was hoping that some talented and gracious people would make a similar tool that extract a face, turn it into a preset or a .chr file for character creation tools.

Or is there another simpler ways to do this?

Thanks. Actually I am more interested in copying my PC's face. The guide there works. Though I have tried that method before and failed, now I know I had copy the value and had used Savegame_appearance_morph_name instead of the correct one: Savegame_player_morph.

Though it would be better if I can use the chargen in game and make more changes like hair style or eyes colours, or use the faces in creator creation tools.
