help - stop deforming my mesh

nevermind me~

 

if insanity is defined by doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results, my lack of success was probably attributed simply to being 'merely frustrated' rather than 'at wits end' and unequivocally crazed.

 

after days of trying, the cylinder block went into the square hole just like i knew it was supposed to all along~

 

thanks anyway for the help that surely would have come had i stayed on the shallow end a bit longer.
