Megatarius
First of all, it's mod, not mode. Second of all, HP Pavillion, Dell, Gateway, none of that matters. That's just the manufacturer. If your computer uses Windows, that's all that matters. A mesh is a 3D model. Everything you see on screen is a mesh. The yellow stars are missing meshes. You have installed a mod that is looking for a 3D model that isn't where it's supposed to be, or isn't there at all. I would just say, "Follow the directions", but depending on how much of a newbie you are, the directions may not make sense to you. I'll describe a typical mod scenario. You see a new suit of armor that you want. The mod, when unzipped, contains four things: a Meshes folder, a Textures folder, a newarmor.esp file, and a readme.txt file. What you would do in this case is, open up your Data folder, which is in the directory where you installed the game, and then go into the unzipped mod file, highlight the Meshes and Textures folders, and the .esp file, and drag them into your Data folder. That would be all you need to do. Then you just check off the mod in the launcher. Now, when you installed your mods, did it pop up a window asking if it was okay to overwrite folders? And if so, did you say no? Because that would be why you're getting missing meshes. It's okay to overwrite the folders. It's actually not overwriting any files unless they already have the same name. If this isn't what you did, I still say you should read the directions for every mod you get, and if you don't know what something means, or if it seems shady to overwrite something, come on here and ask. Hope this helps. Good luck!
