Oblivion Load Order

Does anyone know the best load order for the following mods, any compability problems, running this mods at the same time, and wether i should perhaps uncheck some of them? My current load order is:

If I were you I'd use BOSS to sort my load order. Then anything not in the masterlist can be sorted by hand but it will get you really close.
