stuck in an animation

I don't know how it even happened, but my mage is stuck in an animation. She's not actually even doing anything, just when I run, I can only go left or right, or forwards and backwards. Not a combination of both. If I press a, then w, and hold them both, I will just keep moving left because a is what I pressed first. I cannot draw my weapon, I cannot cast a spell, and I cannot attack. I know this is due to some kind of mod. Anyway, is there anything to fix this? Some kind of console command you can type in or something?

 

I imagine it was caused by unnecessary violence. I must have accidentally clicked the special attack button while my staff was sheathed. However, usually when that's happened, I could just overwrite my auto-save and reload it and it would fix itself. Now it's not. Any ideas?

Try using a mod like Umpa Dance Animation or a "pose" mod to reset your animation.Tie the mod to a hotkey for easy access in the future.
