Faster walk speed when aiming

The idea is simple: to be able to walk at a higher pace when aiming a gun. I've been trying to do it myself, but I've hit a dead end. So if there's anyone out there who knows a deal about how to make something like this work, I'd love you forever.

In further detail: my idea was to add a perk to the game called "Rusher" with a low level req, medium Agility req and a Guns OR Energy Weapons skill req. What the perk should do: it should allow your character to move at full speed whilst aiming through the iron sights. (Kinda like the Ranger perk in Skyrim does with drawing your bow).

If anybody can help me, it'd be much appreciated.

...I'm pretty sure I've actually got a mod with a perk like this installed already. I don't ever use that perk, but I seem to recall seeing it...

I'll try and figure out which mod it is. Go go gadget FNVEdit!

EDIT: Seems my memory was playing tricks with me. Couldn't find any perk like that.

I know that E-motion allows you to set movement speed while aiming, but it doesn't work with Project Nevada. For me, PN is part of the core game, so it doesn't really work...

I always hated it in video games that just because you hold the gun with a tighter grip that automatically means you have to move at the pace of a slug. I would definitely love to see a mod remedying this

There is already a mod that changes the global variable of the walking/running speed.

I'm interested in this as well, but I couldn't find any gamesetting for it.

You could do it via isControlPressed and changing the base movement game setting, but I don't think it would be worthwhile for a couple of reasons. One, no matter how fast you change the movement your still going to have a walking animation (except now it will look like a seriously hopped up tweaker) and secondly (and far more troubling) it's going to change the base movement for everyone/thing while the aim\block key is being held down

It's too bad there isn't an entry point for modify movement speed (as opposed to the existing modify run speed) or this would be a no brainer.

Actually, you can change the SpeedMult actor value for the player to avoid having everyone moving faster. This is what makes a sprinting feature possible. So the animation becomes the only real concern, and that is a big one in my opinion. :/
