Detect Invisibility/detect Chameleon Spells?

Just wondering if there have been any detect invisibility or detect chameleon spells made or implemented with the NPC's so they have a chance to detect you when you cast invisibility? It only seems natural that there would be a spell to detect this otherwise it seems very very imbalancing since I can now stay invisible and basically sneak up and kill anything and then go invis and run away without any other NPC's being able to attack...

IF it isn't done I am requesting that someone please make one and figure out a way to implement it for at least some NPC's in the game or have a certain % chance that an NPC will be able to detect you...

Yeah, posted in other thread but i guess the more times a post it maby...idk, shrug. Anyways invis and 100% cham work more or less like flipping a swtich. Meaning the AI DOES NOT WORK PERIOD when invisible, and that is hard coded thus immpossible to make the AI have a chance to detect invis or 100% cham. Sneak works like this- its a calc of three numbers, your sneak vs there sneak, ligthing and sound, but when you are invis u have 0 for light and thus its like multiping by 0 to get the chance to detect. Thus 0% chance to detect. Accually thats not how it works game mechanics wise but thats the analogy i am giving so you understand what i am saying. Shrug maby spoke to much who knows, all i know is beth is great at world creation, horrible at game balance techniques.(example: I have 101% dmg reflect, 30 odd % magic reflect, and either 100% cham, or 100% magic resist on my guy, depends on a one item switch out.......Beth whats up with percents...its Fin stuiped, atleast cap them)

Oh and the mod that me and dubby made has a semi solution to this problem.....its hacked but its the best we could come up with. Check out the link in my post and check the read me(The read me below the mod name is a link to the read me on a web page). i think its packadge 7 or somethin.
