SinnerBenedict
Good day. I've been playing DA:O for quite some time and still like to customize it.The mod I would like to request is one that adds enchantments to the opponents weapons (I don't think that armor enchantments will make a big difference unless we're talking about 25% elemetnal resistance). Its a long shot since many gamers today also use CT and Improved Athmosphere, which grants runeslots to many ordinary weapons already. Hey, if all of those would be compatible that would be harcdore :blink:Is that possible? Edited September 10, 2014 by SinnerBenedict
theskymoves
My understanding is that enemies for each map scale - within a given range - to the level of the player character. If the gear that a foe is equipped with tiers, at higher levels it may or may not acquire runeslots. IOW, there is the variable of whether or no, on a situational basis, a weapon can even use an enchantment. Note that many of the non-unique 'generic' weapons of the type commonly used by enemy mobs are not rune-enabled, at any tier. One could probably make edits to the creature file for each enemy, adding enchantments to their inventory and setting those enchantments to be equipped (as opposed to just in their inventory as non-equipped loot). Not sure if that will stick the rune into a weapon or no, or what will happen if the weapon isn't rune enabled, though... So, is it possible? Maybe. (And 'tis also entirely possible I'm over-thinking, under-thinking , or missing some obvious and easy way to achieve this, since I haven't had any coffee yet.)
