How i make this mod to work?

When I say place the Oblivion in a folder outside of Program Files in C:Games\Oblivion you still need the paths to be identical except for replacing the "Program Files" with "Games\Oblivion". The "Bethesda Softworks" is not needed for Oblivion to run with a disc, but with the steam version you will need the extra paths for the game to work properly because the Steam version does not require a disc to play.The readme of OBSE lists this as Valve\Steam\Steamapps\common\oblivion.

According to the log file obse is running fine. Oblivion just seems to be ignoring the menus folder. Thats where wz_inventory and/or BTMod installs the xml files.
