got a pretty cool idea but dont have the modding knowledge to pull it off

so pretty much it is a full dwarven animated horse with arrow trap like holes on each shoulders that it uses in combat instead of constant kicking(pretty much an archer horse lol) i dont want to go into too much but thats the basics. please message me if you would like to help me.
