Dismemberment!

Anyways i was wondering how many of you want dismemberment i love blood in games and i understand (some) other people dont. Do you guys want dismemberment? Not only it wouldnt just be fun, but more realism and imagine what the Havok (Havoc?) Physics engine would do i wanted to get your thoughts on this .

 

P.S. if there is a dismemberment mod please give me a link!!

 

(and yes and i know of GIANTS mod in Morrowind that allowed some but we are talking oblivion!)

That would be pretty cool. It would take a lot of effort to make it realistic, though...

There is dismemberment kinda sorta - go kill a skeleton and the arms/head may separate from the body. Not that spectacular, but you can take it with you thru a dungeon or loot the same corpse from 4 different rooms after you toss the parts around.

If you hit a skeleton with low health in the chest with a fire ball then its head will shoot straight up.

I don't think dismemberment is possible in Oblivion since the body is not seperated into different parts.

 

If you want dismemberment go play Quake 4, plenty in that!

Well in theory, couldn't someone just use the same physics that make a skeleton come apart and apply it to the rest of the NPC's? And by someone I mean someone who knows more than me. :)

Heheh, dismemberment Kill Bill styley would be pretty great. Just imagine the arm being sliced off and then all this high-pressure blood spray just covering everyone.

 

And of course....Jack Thompson in the background having a stomach ulcer about it.

yeah so it wouldnt do any harm really i also had a thought today (like i said i like blood in these games) you know how when you kill a ancestor ghost it goes into that puddle on the ground mabye someone can make that a blood effect but without the glow around it if anyone knows how it would be greatly appreciated if you can do the dismemberment and stuff

or if you know how please tell me so i can try to make it
