Glowing Stones Request

This seems like a simple request to me but I'm no Oblivion modding expert.

 

After seeing the Shining Creatures mod to make various creatures, like the Flame Atronachs, glow and emit real light, I really wanted to see something similar done with the Welkynd and Varla Stones. I'd imagine it shouldn't be to hard since these creatures can be made to do it but I have no idea how to go about modding this myself.

This is a massive amount of work, welkynd stones are "static" objects and therefore can't have a script attached to them - which probably was done with the flaming atronach thing. It means that every single light would have to be placed by hand - however, the "item" welkynd stones could have light added to them. A different method is to create a glowmap, but that would just light up the stone - not the area around it. No simple request.
