Class restriction

I came up with the idea of a mod in which, in the beginning of a new game, you would choose a class: Thief, Warrior or Mage. You would then stick to that class for the rest of the game.

 

If you chose Thief, for example, you could only equip light armor, daggers and bows; Warrior, one-handed + shield or two-handed and heavy armor; Mage, clothing, magic and staves. Some items could be used by two classes: poisons, for example, could be used by both thieves and mages; potions could be used by anyone; Perhaps the shields could be used by both warriors and mages; Enchanting could be Mage's exclusive and so on.

 

I'm not sure if this would be possible, but it would be a nice way to test each type of character and push it to the limits.
