Alright, I got Fellout, Marts Mutant Mod, Rude Awakening, FO3 RAM Boost

I wasn't sold on Wanderers though, it has good stuff and bad stuff, and the bad stuff from reading seems it will make things a pain in the arse, but after checking it again I'm going to use it.

[EDIT] Just got EVE also.

EVE is a good choice.

Auto Aim fix Headshot Deluxe Edition

(did you know the auto-aim screws up sniping at long ranges and generally messes up your accuracy?)

KS_Dynamic Sneak

(easier to sneak at night, more realistic sneaking on the whole)

Stealth Kills Enabled

(you shoot someone in the head in the middle of nowhere and people don't automatically assume you did it)

Responsive Kill Reactions

(You shoot off a raider's head and his friend will notice he died, instead of just standing there so you can snipe him next)

Combat Enchanced: Tactics

(Makes NPCs less stupid in combat)

Decided to install Wanderers Edition first but it's not working, when trying to activate I get "C# Script failed to compile" in a pop up window and then "The mod was not installed" in a pop up.

It's the biggest mod I've downloaded and would be a bummer to play without it.

Can't help there, sorry. Used FWE a little but I don't get on well with overhauls.

Also, This little gem:

Auto Aim Fix Headshot Deluxe Edition

The vanilla auto-aim is terrible, directing your sniper shots abve the crosshair over any range bigger than 30m, directing your plasma shots ahead of enemies into the thin air they were standing in when you pulled the trigger and your arm/leg/head shots inrto the cover enemy torsos are hidden behind...

This mod fixes it, so bulets go where you aim, not where a rubbish piece of code decides where it thinks you actually wanted to.
