Kelorienne
How come even though you have a large bounty, no one attempts to collect it? I introduce to you the heroes of the empire. Once your bounty reaches 5000, heroes and guards will often trail you and attempt to take you down while exploring dungeons or relaxing in your home. At first, only a hero and 2 legionaries will come after you at a time. However, as your bounty and infamy continue to increase, the groups will be larger and more frequent. Eventually as the crimes pile up, you will finally get the credit you deserve as a villain, a small army of heroes and legionaries will set up camp at the entrance(outside) and send in multiple attack groups at a time that will wear you down and eventually kill you. When you defeat the bounty hunters, the last one will attempt to run away. If he manages to return to the imperial city, your bounty will be increased depending on how much that legionary or hero witnessed. Units do not ride on horse to your location(only because I think it may cause problems, otherwise making them run on horse is cooler and should be done). Instead, they are spawned there with horses and use the horses to run away if the need arises. The player will never notice because he/she is inside a cell when this happens. Additional Information: -Heros are about 3 times as strong as normal guards and they have 3 abilities: a high level turn undead, self heal and a touch heal.-Heroes use the same armor as palace guards.-Legionaries and heroes that take part in these raids do not give you an option to go to jail, they will attempt to kill you unless you yield to them.-When you enter the first stage of "camping" (small army stays outside and sends small attack groups to kill you) different attack groups will split up in different directions in an attempt to find you. They should never pile in one direction. In the case that there is only one path with no side rooms, only one attack group will continue on foward, while the rest will remain stationary in the entry room for a short period of time( ~15-30 seconds) then join the charge. In the case that side rooms exist, they will inspect the room(once they reach a dead end) and attempt to uncover invisible players (they will be able to detect you if they find an item with detect life or something); They will also often loot containers and monsters they killed in the room.-In the camp outside, a boss awaits. A general of the army, much more stronger than a hero with stronger spells, can detect invisibility and has a powerful burden spell. After killing all of the attack groups, he and 2 guards will attack. You could evade him if the cell has more than one way to get out or if you are not carring much weight, otherwise, you are in for a tough fight.- This is just a request, you can do this however you want ( though this system seems very interesting how it is) What is the purpose of this mod? How is it fun? For the regular player, this adds a whole new challange and can make gameplay much more dynamic and intense. The downside is, you need to have bounty to gain the opportunity to take part in this activity, which I believe is fine considering the nature of the activity. For players that enjoy being wanted criminals, this adds a whole new dimension to crime in oblivion. You can also finally be a criminal without killing a bunch of important npcs and/or being hated by all the merchants. For the RP type of players, this also allows for many new types of RPs. CM companions or similar mods can be combined with this to open many RP possibilities. From a gang of bandits to an evil necromancer and his apprentices. Perhaps a master conjurer with the talent to control 5 minions to do battle with the justice bringers. Heck, I would summon Balrog on them(Midas Magic) if you decide to take on this project, please state it here and send me a private message if you have any questions or want to add to this. Thank you and I hope you enjoyed reading this post.
