How do you use armor ench effects to alter weapons accuracy?

 

I think the game engine substitutes 'Critical chance' for accuracy, with having auto-aim built in and all. So an Object effect on the armor that increases 'Critical Effect' might be what you are looking for. If you want to adjust weapon spread you will need to run a FOSE script on the armor that can set it on the currently equipped weapon Reference - hopefully you can do this - you don't want to set it on the base form.
