I just want something that is a touch faster than Haste. I could swear I'd run into something that did this. Bumped your speed outside of combat, dropped it back to normal in a fight. I did find a mod or two that increased movement speed, but said speed was just one feature of larger modifications, like trcvrs' Awakening Plus.
