First off, a ''helmet'' like the dude from the casshern carries (http://www.casshern.com/casshernMain2.jpg). This is kind of like a helmet without it actually covering the hair, so the hair still being visable would be a must (dont know if this is possible). In the movie he also has the ability to ''remove'' the faceprotector so that it zips back into the metal parts on the back of his head/ears, if this would be possible I would be amazed.
