If you are a lazy person then use the BOSS mod to auto sort it. It's still going to crash though. The actual order of the mods would only reach a near 99% crash free game if the mods in question were all built by the same person in a order to which they all worked together very well. Which isn't the case, it's 10,000 mods made by 10,000 different people that are being used by 100,000 people which all use them in different orders an different combonations. Auto sorters an FOIP (fallout inter operability patch) isn't going to hit a 99% crash free game/build. Short of you following a Guide to installing mods which told you which mods to download, which order to install, which order to load, and how to install as well. That being all tested over many months.

If you want to put in some down an dirty work, then use whatever mods you want in any order you want, from using FO3edit to fix them, clean them, apply a merge patch of list data, master update. Then FO3 plug in utility, a different tool, to merge 2 mods into 1 or 40 mods into 1. Even a totally new user of these tools can hit 80% or 90% crash free game/builds. Then as you learn an work with it more you eventually get close to 100%

You would need to read the Pinned topics here on the nexus forums either way. You would need to read the tweekguide either way. Then also I suggest that you spend time in a testing phase of the vanilla fallout 3 game, before adding mods to it. As to rule out the install as well as your computer system as a cause to any future problems. Then later you can't go wrong from only installing a few mods at a time which have long testing phases between them.
