Mod Combination Question

OK, I want to reinstall Oblivion soon.

Of course I need some mods, but as I think I ruined my game experience the last time because of too many mods, which completely altered all the Oblivion experience, now all I want is the best graphics and some (maybe some more^^) mods that fit right into Oblivion and dont completely change the game, but...yea...just fit in and feel right in place :)

So....I need:

The best graphic mods (Texture packs etc.)

Mods like Natural Environments, that make the world even more beautiful

Mods that add some armors, weapons and other items, that would fit into the Oblivion world...

 

I hope I made clear what I would love, and as I am not an expert I thought it would be best to ask some :)

If you want your female NPCs and characters to look pretty and/or naked then use HGEC (search this site for it), plus the high rez textures (also found on this site).
