Editing TnT Armour

Hi

 

I've just downloaded and installed all the Black Widow and Blade Dancer armour sets developed by the fine folks at TnT. The gear that appealsl to me is all Rogue related. I was wondering if I could, or more importantly how I could change some of the attributes to the items TnT made. If Morrigan was to wear something like that, I'd like extra damage to cold or electricity spells, or boost to mana regeneration. I've looked on the DA Toolset, a few articles, and youtube videos, and there is nothing in laymans terms on how to easily modify attributes to an item in the override folder.

 

Could someone please link some tutorial or let me know why I cannot find custom made item in the DA Toolset?

As far as I know there isn't a way too edit those without the authors giving you the builder to builder file that can be accessed in the toolset.
