Stuck on opening scene

Well, as the title states, when I start Oblivion (does not crash), it opens perfectly fine until the main menu/opening scene with the music and the Oblivion map. However, none of the options from the main menu appear (Continue, Load Game, New Game). The opening with the map and music keeps repeating and repeating. Sorry if the description sounds vague or confusing, so if you need me to, I can take a screen shot of the scene.

 

The problem first started yesterday after I added a few texture mods to make the game look better. Since the game crashed when I first opened it up, I tried disabling one of the mods I installed (All Natural 0.9.95). The description above occurred after disabling the mod.

 

So I'm wondering what I did wrong, or what is wrong with Oblivion data files. I can the you with the mods I used or provide the texture pack names. I also do have a clean backup if needed.

Remember that installing multiple mods at once is a bad idea. The ctd was probably due to a load order conflict. Your current problem might be due to changing the default loading screens with a mod that changed the user interface.Go to your clean backup and install the mods one at a time,making sure that you can play the game inbetween each different mod installation. Try to get in the habit of using OBMM and OMOD's It will save you headaches in the long run.
