Super Slo-Mo

So this has happened to me the second time now when my character is walking/running in super slow motion. This happens right after the game finishes loading and I'm the only one effected by it, no NPC's. The first time it happened, I stopped playing for a couple days, launched it up, and it work like normal again with none to only a few new mods installed (I don't remember). But it has happened again and it's kinda fun the first time but now it's just irritating. Is this because of some type of mod or something? Please, I need some assistance with this issue. It is unbearable to travel at 0.1 mph.

lol, I remember when I had this and I even play like that for a good day :wallbash:

 

first thing to do is to remove any controllers that you have plugged in your PC (I'm assuming PC right?)....this is one fix if you do have one plugged in or you can justfollow this

Oh...MY god!!!

 

It was as easy as THAT? I thought I was going crazy...it seemed my character was running through goo, but everything else was running normaly. I uninstalled about 20 mods before I read this post....and plugged out my gamepad. Everything is fine now...except for that big, red, hand-shaped mark on my forehead.
