Require help with load order / conflicting mods.

Hey guys, I love fallout new vegas and finally have some time on my hands to play the campaign.
I spent the last 2 days finding and installing mods yet I can't get them all to work unfortunately.

 

I would greatly appreciate if some of you could help me out with the correct set-up.

If I activate project nevada I get a missing master error, even with the core.esm above others.

If I activate NMC's texture pack I like 1 frame per 3 seconds and the sky goes from bright to dark (tested when leaving the doc's house in goodspring)

I'd really like to play with project nevada but don't know how.
