kingsman23 Posted June 12, 2010 Share Posted June 12, 2010 Okay, so I have many many ideas for Fallout 3 mods. The problem is, I don't know how to create them. What I want to do, is be able to share my ideaswith somebody who does know how to create them. That way, I can get my ideas out and somebody with some skill at creating them can complete the vision and tweak my ideas. Anybody want to team up?
