Textures going weird

Hi

 

I've been downloading a couple new mods on Oblivion (Qarl's non-tiling textures, Qarl's Texture Pack 3 and Qarl & Timestamp's Depth of Field are the most major ones I've downloaded recently) and ever since downloading them, I've had a bit of trouble with textures.

 

I've tried doing things like reinstalling, disabling the mods I've downloaded since the problem started, checking texture files, getting new texture packs etc, but so far nothing's worked.

 

Here are a couple screenshots to show you exactly what's happening:

As you can see, having Tamriel look like the floors are made of quilt like some fabric softener advert can be pretty frustrating.
