Switch Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 I don't think your host likes hotlinking. Put the URL to the image in instead. ^^ EDIT: Tried to edit your post, but it just comes up with the same thing even when it's a simple URL. Odd. Tried using a host such as Photobucket or Imageshack?

mezlo Posted June 2, 2006 Posted June 2, 2006 First off, let me say that in my opinion, that is one of the worst representations of Drizzt I've ever seen. While Drizzt is a fictional character and therefore subject to imagination, just about every Forgotten Realms novel featuring Drizzt has a picture of him on the cover and he is nothing like the above art. That being said, here is the cover of The Dark Elf Trilogy: Collectors Edition, which shows Drizzt with both scimitars. Notice how both scimitars follow the more traditional style of a narrow curved blade which widens only a bit towards the tip. While both scimitars appear identical, this is the official coverart so I think any texturing should more closely follow it. Mezlo
