LE Hair under ANY hood

I think I've finally figured out the solution to player baldness once and for all. Instead of having to make custom versions of each hood with hair, which is painstaking and just impractical, my idea is to simply create a toupee of sorts - an equippable item that is merely bangs/braids/whatever by themselves. I think that if they're set to equip on an unused slot like 48 or 60, they would be able to work with any kind of headgear. Also, instead of having to make however many different versions for each hood, you would only need one version for each style of bangs. I'm not sure if it could be set to the same colour as the PC's hair easily or not, but if not then it's as simple as making a few recolours. I don't know the first thing about 3D modeling, so I can't make this myself, which is why I'm posting it in mod requests. If you want to help me with this, that would be awesome.

There's clipping issues because those mods add the entire hair. I'm not sure if you understood what I was trying to say, so I'll illustrate:

Hopefully this makes more sense, and I'm pretty sure something like this hasn't been done before.

That's why I was suggesting a mod where hoods could be folded down, so you actually "wear" them, but without hiding your char's face.
