SaturnC
Thanks for all your answers. I will try the ones without using toolsets. But there is only the way to change the whole face, right? So i can't use my favourite character in it to change from "long blond held back" hair to a "long blond open" hairstyle? The way like you can have it in Fallout 3.If you know how to make a preset face, you can do that and just change hairstyles. Sadly, I don't know how to do that yet. But the more faces you make, the easier and faster it gets, just remember about where the slider bars are and you can usually reproduce a face fairly quickly. I know Obivion used to have a mod that put numbers on the slider bars but I don't think there is a mod like that for DA. For me, I just count, I know where certain eye colors are by counting from the left or right, depending on the color I want.
Thandal
If the toolset worked as well as the face changer we would have no end of mods to play with. I installed the python, extracted the face changer, picked the source and destination and it was done. Works as advertised, imagine that  Glad you had success, but I guess I draw the line at installing and using full-blown scripting lanuages (e.g. Python) when I don't understand them. (Bad enough that I'm willing to mess around with the Toolset (at least, I would, if I could ever get it working! ;D ) But in that case I'm in a fairly well sand-boxed environment. Who knows what havoc I could wreak with the "Power of the Python" at my hands?!? :ninja: Bwwaaahaahaahaa!!!
RustyBlade
It's not as scary as you make it out to be. I DL'ed and installed Python 2.6.5, I extracted the face changer to a folder, I clicked the file in the folder, the program opened, I browsed to the file I wanted to use, went to the next step and browsed to the file I wanted to change and pushed the green button and it was done. Including the DL time and creation of the new face, it took less than 15 minutes. I would say that it was easier than pie but I can't make a pie crust to save my life and I cook for a living. Difficulty level on a scale of 1-10 with 1 being the easiest: ½
Paxan_1
Hmmm, sounds easy enough that i could handle that. But it's a pity that there is no barber in the game. I've always loved it in Fallout to have open hairs for the peaceful parts and putting them together for a fight.
