Ghoul Animation Question

Hello, I am trying to make a mod inspired by the original Resident Evil and I noticed that the regular, non feral ghouls look more like zombies from RE than feral ghouls due to fact they can be clothed and have the appearance of a corpse.

 

Changing movement speed and health would be easy, but how can I make their voice and attacks more zombie like? Is there a way to give regular ghouls feral ghoul animations?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

i looked into this for my HiVE mod for the very same reason but found that because the ferals and non-ferals use different skeletons that it seems they cant be easily interchanged.
