LE Wind adjuster and forecast options?

I've almost got everything from new animals and textures to new races and almost all weapons. Currently figuring out how to get dual redux to work. but I've seen light fxs and textures fxs etc. etc. blah blah blah water textures. What about the wind people? I know it's pretty windy in the mountains of Skyrim but when your in open fields it doesn't seem like the plants are alive, there just... there. the bushes, grass, etc. don't move at all. So how about adding an adjuster for wind on a mod menu. Idk why no one has or just not possible or unnecessary atm?

 

Well to make it an actual project then how about making a whole new texture adjuster mod menu? (like bethasda should have done *cough*)

 

So like it would be set up:

 

Environment adjuster menu:

 

Colors-

- Visual Affects

- Cinematic adjuster

- Tint Adjuster

- Smoke color (how dark/light you'd like smoke to be)

 

Elements

- Wind speed (basically will move leaves on trees, grass on the ground, and bushes etc. etc.)

- Fire speed

- Water speed in rivers

- Water speed down waterfalls

- Cloud speed (would be funny if you could make your own forecast? Of which days it would be raining, sunny, cold?) - would be awesome :laugh:

 

And well I know it takes time and there's that visual guy that you summon mod (forgot author sorry) But all you really can do is add tints and brighten up the sky. Well this would really help out those with crappy computers (like me but idc about lagg ;P) Or if there's some mod like this out there I'm missin' out on/or this idea is to imposs/if you'd like work on it(or if someone is working on it) leave possitive feedback ofc.

P.S. I was thinking of just making spells that control the weather. I will also look into some of your ideas.

that's interesting, like tsunami and tornado spells? just get ready to bury your fps :P sorry I'm not too active in communities as I jump from game to game, just can't stop jumping! But yeah I'm trying to get a new pc strong enough to support programs to create mods. So I'll let you know if I want anything in your mod, or if you threw this one aside I'll pick it back up once I get a decent computer.
