CTD around Rivet City

Recently started CTDing around Rivet City. I fast traveled there, tried to quiksave with CASM and CTD. I took Vault 1's tunnel, CASM tried to save, CTD. It's the damnedest thing...

My load order was most likely all fubar but there might be conflicts with something else, I just don't know anymore. If you think you can help, thank you for your time and effort! If not, thanks for reading thus far!

Quiksave and CASM save. I've since just deleted my list and started fresh, so far, so good. Haven't been to Rivet yet, but no random CTDs on CASM saves anymore... I dunno what it was.
