Scripting a healing talent

So I'm trying to create a healing talent for warriors and rogues. Unfortunately scripting it is more difficult than I had hoped (I'm fairly inexperienced at this sort of thing) and I can't quite figure it out.

All the other parts of the process were easy to modify for making a talent tree, but the scripting is just driving me nuts.

 

So aside from a general cry for help, my specific questions are:

 

Is there anything in the script (as opposed to the GDA files) which needs to be altered to make it a talent rather than a spell?

 

How do I set it to heal based on a formula of Willpower + Cunning + 2x Magic + Character level? (multiple stats to make it useful for a variety of character builds, and to scale easily as the game progresses)
