Stuck in Mini Hideout

Ok, After having the game run fine for two days I am now stuck in th emini hideout. If I try to leave the game crashes. This has got to be the most unstable game ever made. I am including a list of my mod order. I have de activated Eve, and Eve Anchorage and the E-11 Blaster. They were active before this started happening. So I deactivated them to see if that was the problem. The game still crashes. To say i am getting disgusted wFallout3.esm

I have tried the coc megatonplayerhouse and the game crashes everytime I try to go outside from there also.
