Voice Set Switch

I've read up a bit on how difficult it is to create a custom voice set, but I've also seen mods that remove certain annoying phrases in the game. That said, I was wondering if it would be possible to replace one sound set with another. Quite personally, I find the human female voice sets kind of disappointing. (Though not as bad as the Oblivion voice acting. That...made we want to turn emo at times...)

Personally, I would like to be able to use the elf female voice sets on a human female character.

Now, if you will excuse me, I'm going to find a corner to sit in and ponder more, strange and irritating ideas.
