Awakening, spawn in inventory

Recommended Posts

I want to create a mod, that basically adds new weapons and armor to the game, both Origins and Awakening. So far, I've created a sword (or atleast I hope I have... I'm still trying to wrap my head around toolset), that I intend to have equiped by all companions and myself. One problem, is that I'm not seeing Awakening files in toolset, so I can't add a chest, quest, or whatever. I want to atleast go into the game, and see if I really have even created the sword properly in the first place (lol). So the other problem is that I would like to add a script or something to the mod, that spawns the items in the players inventory. I am aware that one could simply enable the console and use the additem mod(s), but I've downloaded a few mods which seem to spawn the items in the players inventory, on game load (Pocket Plane, Upgrade Wands, etc...). I would prefer test my mod the latter way, rather than messing with the ingame console. Anyone have any idea how I can overcome these two setbacks?

... oh, and if anyone watching knows, does the Warden Commander heraldy actually exist in Awakening, or did Dragon Age Wiki just pull the icon from Wardens Keep and assume it's in Awakening? I'd like to know this, as the weapons and arms I'm creating, are for Wardens, and I'd like to know if both the icon and heraldy are present, or if I'll end up having to create that too, lol.

Hello? Anyone know how some people have managed to tweak Awakenings? For example; There are a few mods which alter the unique sword "Vigilance", and one which even adjusts how the main character holds that particular weapon. How do I make it so items automatically spawn in the players inventory, on load? Please, give me something, lol.
