0verheaven
Hey, i want to use the console command Player.SetFactionRank 0004b90c, 0 to add my player to the necromancer faction, however there is a flag "HiddenFromPC" and I'm assuming that's why this doesn't work. Is there a way around this or a way to remove that flag? I don't want a new "necromancer" faction from a mod, i want the one that the necromancers of Cyrodiil are in by default. David Brasher
If you know a little bit of modding, all you have to do is go into the CS Main Window>Character>Faction>NecromancerDungeon AND / OR NecromancerFaction and remove the check from the "Hidden from PC" box or boxes. Then save your new mod There are two Necromancer factions that like each other. So you should be safe in either one. The console code you have corresponds to NecromancerDungeon. There are no necromancer faction ranks, and no faction insignia, but text should show up on your faction list. You will be able to mingle with the necromancers as a friend and not have them attack you.

I know nothing about modding, though I'm sure I'm capable of doing that, what and where is the CS (just got oblivion for PC) and what program would I use to open it?
