Hoping Someone Will Take This On?

I have had much trouble on finding any mods that correspond to the craziness of Fallout. There's never any retextures for the pint size slasher mask, or wastehound mask etc. now those two ideas would be cool to put together but unfortunately I don't have photoshop to retexture and in general I'm not very good at creating unique mods. I am VERY interested in psychotic crazy headgear, I mean it's just plain funny (and awesome) to walk in on someone while wearing a blood stained wastehound mask that has extra stitches and a zipper mouth then splode their head with a unique sawed off! yeah so I'm a bit of a dreamer.. but hey, look where it's gotten us today.. pretty far. SOOOOO in summary! I would like someone to create my main dream set

1. BLACK SURGEONS MASK THAT WORKS!! ( there are two mods but neither work well, infact I couldn't get either to work even after following all steps and looking for adice yadda yadda yadda!)

2. Blood stained stitched business suit (black w/ red and black tie | Hurray |)

Maybe matching shady hat

3.Powerful unique scoped revolver and NOOO not just editing 44. mag or 32. rev in the geck (would like longer barrel louder bang Just Really Powerful)

4. Have a cool sniper, but another would be nice... perhaps a psg1 modeled after RSV2's

5. Wastehound revamp! as previously mentioned and possibly matching outfit!

 

SO.. if your reading this and you think this guy is a freakin angel who sounds extremely demanding then I apologize, I'm simply enthralled and am adding my thoughts to the community!

Hey hey! Sounds like a plan to me! xD And, what truely is better than SPLODING heads? NOTHING! I'd help with the mods, but being the fact I suck at modding... yeah. So far, all I can do is make vaults... and they all suck xDDDDDDD So, good luck with the mods!
