combat dummy

how can i make the combat dummys work, i want to be able to pratice my talents on it, so say a mage use mage skills, or warrior or rogue. is there a way for that to work

I don't know a whole lot about the toolset yet but I do know that in this game, in order to be targeted, something must have hp. If you can find a way to assign hp to your dummy and have it heal you should be able to target it and reuse it.

One issue that I think you would have to overcome, is how much HP it actually has. Because of the way that the combat system works, you cant leave an area where you have an enemy still alive. So once you've started on it, you'd have to finish it, before you could leave.

Another thing would be the respawning. The game doesnt really have spawners that will actively REspawn an enemy. So you'd have to manually uninstall/deactivate the mod, clean save, then reinstall it, to be able to use it repeatedly.

yes that's why i'm asking , may be it can be done? high amount of HP in a combat dummy and can reset when you leave camp or castle dunno how it works tho...may be make a script that makes it in a Loop? just like refilling the amount of items in an shop(poultices/herbs ,mats ect.)just may be it can be done by a talented modder , i did saw a mod that has auto refill in shop the previous version of dragonagefun (castle couseland) it has 99 pcs of everything before he fixed em
