Algalord
Hi guys, im new in this forum, and noob in oblivion, i've got some questions, if u can help and answer my questions, i'll be so grateful... as i told u, im noob in the game, and i've instaled some mods:XeoKobu's Character Advancement System i have a warrior, level 3, and she is a Xeoage (from xeo mod), i think, im Overpower for my level, because of the XEO (the mod do not mencion the races' advantages!)i think Xeoage, is too overpower i mean:My blade skill is already at 100, block i think its about 70-80, i kill the enemies so fast, and easy, the difficult is at 50%, so guys, do you think, im too overpower? Another problem i've got, is about the level and the major quests i've installed the Kobu's Character Advancement System, because im noob, and i don't have time to waste, by making that "Efficient Leveling" now i think i must level up...i've already closed the Oblivion gates, saved Kvatch and joined "The Blades" i think, i must level up, but i don't know how!, my skills are strong for level 3 (i think) so my character won't level up...so i have to level up? witch quest i should do? should i join the mages guild and become Arch master? or i should just do the Main Quests and forget about leveling up? so, for now this is my questions, and i hope u understand my awful english... thanks for now Algalord
martinthemage
You can't level up just be completing quests. You only level-up when all your skills have reached the point for that level. When you improve a skill, a message will appear telling you which skill you have improved on. Tab into inventory view and toggle onto your stats page, those pages will show you your skill levels
yeldarb
I am not familiar with the mod you are using, but you should level up while you sleep in a bed or bedroll (after you have increased major skills or performed a certain number of quests) Some Mods have a waiting period between each level up. Read the readme(information, description) on the leveling mod you are using, It should tell you what the period of time between each level up is. Your custom race does sound overpowered.EDIT 5:03 P.M. CST U.S. I read the description and the comments for your levelling mod, I am assuming that the insructions are vague, but you should be able to adjust the way the game causes you to level up.Quite a few of the comments were negative about the system if you do not adjust the settings before you play with it installed.
