Need help finding another mod

Okay, there's this mod that I believe had some of the choicest swag in the game...unfortuntaely, thanks to EA 'unauthorizing' my official DLC, and giving me instructions that wipe all my unofficial stuff, I lost the gear. I BELIEVE that all the following were in the same mod, and I've combed the entire Nexus site trying to find it again to no avail. Some of the gear in question:

 

Dragonstomper Armor (helm, boots, plate, gloves)

Rings and amulets:

-Fadwalker Amulet

-Lost Amulet

Fadewalker Armor (helm, boots, plate, gloves)

Grim Reaper (sword)

Grim Reaper's Kin (sword)

Bloodletter (sword)

Bloodletter's Kin (sword)

Reaper's bow (?) (bow)

 

Also, I don't think that it was in this particular mod, but also looking for the Kocari Wilds Robe.
