Slower Aiming Down Sights

I am not sure if it should be here or in the mods section but I would like to know if it is possible to slow down the camera movement only in ADS mode. I have recently bought a new gamepad which is pretty good so far but even with the mouse sensitivity down to 2 the camera moves very quickly in ADS making it very difficult to line up a shot because a slight twitch to the right analog stick can make the reticule jump a foot or two from the target. Thanks in advance for your help.
