So its not "Old world military" its "Enclave Military" (as the "Old US" military never developed Enclave level power armor)

 

Still amazing........... and fits perfect with my Enclave playthrough that I am attempting to do ("attempting" because my computer keeps overheating for some reason).

-If I remember correctly the vest on that particular armor linked still has NCRCF on the back.... but if someone knows how to do simple texture work, that could be fixed.

"the normal people" either have Enclave officer suit or merc grunt outfit.

I like the quotes, If it was in sarcastic (Italics) too, it would have made the statement better

*Note: I took screenshots, but they came out corrupt for some reason.

 

1, Not everyone is wearing correct clothing (although I am 99% sure this is because of clothing/body replacers that I am using, so basically needs compatibility patch for popular replacers)

-Oh and on compatibility, You may need to make a compatibility mod for NV Interiors (as everyone and their dog uses it). I am pretty sure their Perms allow that (check to be safe).

 

2, You seem to have misused the "recon armor" (Power armor undersuit), Recon Armor is not used the same way by the enclave that it is by the BoS. The Enclave would never actually patrol in it, you would see it more on soldiers off duty (although in theory, its under all or most power armor). This is not a big thing, its the lore Nazi in me talking.

-If you want a cool looking less power-full armor for some guards... Use the black combat armor (van-graff) with the enclave officer cap. (looks really cool)

-On the note of adding clothing, you could add the enclave scientist uniform to the doctor and may want to use a generic non-labeled jumpsuit for the farmers. (as Enclave labor workers used that kind of thing in Broken Steel).

 

3, Some grunts should have power armor as well (since that is the standard for the Enclave). However, I do not know if you can add specific outfits (as in a set of power armor, not just a random piece) to the boomers' armor list.

*Remember that my body mods were conflicting with your mod, you may have had this and I just couldn't tell at this time.

-Question where did you get the FO3 ver. of the Enclave Power armor?

 

 

4, Better energy weapon inclusion. I noticed that you added energy weapons to the NPCs, however there was still a large amount using grenade rifles and other odd weapons.

-Note: this may have been caused by one of the multiple extensive weapon mods I use.

 

5, Add a nice clear flat space that is obviously meant for the ECC vertibird.

 

 

Note: I am sure that at least one problem (maybe 2) is being caused by one of the 100+ mods on my system ATM, If you think it is necessary,I could install a testing version of FNV for testing this mod.

 

Note: I loved the changes you made to the scenery on the base. It felt way more real, and not as empty. The best part is that it all flowed well together.
