Hi, I saw some people banned here due to make a mod from copyrighted contend and music. Can someone make a mod using copyrighted material with giving credits to real owner? Thanks for answers. I'm just curious about it...

Giving credit is not enough, unless you've been given license to use the music (which involves paying for it's use) then no copyright protected music may be used. To do otherwise is illegal.

 

Same goes for any content that belongs to something else (game content, movie\TV clips and audio).

 

Some companies and publishers allow use of some content as long as no money is being made from the use, but you have to provide legal proof that such a situation is in effect (a legal disclaimer usually, or a tracable letter of permission from companies legal\Administration departments).
