Anderswhk
So i got a bunch of mods going, everything is going okay, but theres just 1 thing. I went to the first dungeon where you need to find that puzzle dize, i had barely killed 5 guys, i slept and was attacked by a dark brotherhood. Already there. I assumed you werent supposed to get attacked before you were like, level 10 or something. Obviously Galsiahs removes playerlevels, but why did it decide it was time to get attacked by the assassin? If i pick up his armor, it has like 3-4 times the armor than anything else i can buy in any shop at the moment, even the Heavy armor stuff. Each piece of the armor is also worth like 1000 gold. Any way to fix this? Its kinda unbalanced
Povuholo
GCD does not remove player levels, you still level up, you just don't get the level up screen. And the Dark Brotherhood has always been able to attack you right from level 1.
AzirAphale001
It isn't to do with GCD, it's just Bethesda being a bit dim.Try this mod. It stops the attacks until you reach a certain point in the MQ.I tend to kill them (slowly) and them chuck their gear in someone's house. It's good training. Anderswhk
Thanks a ton. Ill be sure to look into that. I have some graphically errors aswell. The animated grass from MGE, has another lump of grass floating in mid air above it. Looks really stupid. I used to use the Grass Mod but my computer didnt run so well with it enabled. Other than that i installed some skyboxes, and sometimes it goes bananas, like showing odd squares and mixing in different nighttime skies. Daytime skies are normal. Any way to uninstall textures other than doing that thing with the timestamps?
smash016
I've got another question about this mod, maybe someone around here knows the answer. I've sent this email to Galsiah, but just in case he doesn't reply (soon) or something... ---"In vanilla Morrowind, you can't raise a skill beyond its governing attribute. I've wasted lots of skill progress before I came to know about this. This is one reason why, in the original game, you can sometimes be "forced" to create a balanced character. So: is this true as well for your mod? Since the main purpose of your mod is for players to stop worrying about the constraints of the level-up system and just develop their characters naturally. For example, I don't care much for Strength in general, however, I do wish to develop my Long Blade skill to a respectable value. Would there be a bottleneck somewhere?"--- Thnx. MoeBS
I can't even find this mod, except for the fileplanet-hosted one. Does anyone know how to contact Galsiah? I noticed his/her geocities page has been deleted, presumably from excessive downloading of this mod from it...
