Unique Landscape overwriting texture pack?

This seems really wierd, but i just put some new mods in -- to include Unique Landscape compilation and my high resolution textures from Qarl's 3 have gone out. I've been scouring the net and reading the readme's but nothing seems to hit home with this.....ill put a list of my load order and omods....used boss to list em and OBMM to load and sort.

Load order make NO difference when it comes to a texture pack because they have no esp.

 

Texture packs should ALWAYS be installed last, so the files dont get over written.

 

If you continue to install mods after a texture pack, you will have to constantly go back and reinstall the textures.
