The console code is "player.additem 00022B06 1." If you don't know how to access the console, just press the '~' button, enter the code and hit enter, and then press '~' again.

For any item code, just open up the Construction Set, load up the .esm and any .esp that you have running in your game, then find the item in the main window that opens, hover the cursor over the items EditorID, and the code'll appear.
