The "Real Time" Cutscenes not working

Hey, basically none of the Real Time Cutscenes are working.

 

Example: When you get abducted by aliens in Mothership Zeta, you get like zapped then you just stand in place and look at the crash site. *SPOILER* I am in Vault 112 and whenever I get into the lounger it loads up the screen goes white then it goes back to the lounger and I am just laying there.
